CrossFit Workout

Friday night’s workout seemed to contain so many steps, some repeated with the order switched, that when I finished and wanted to write down what I’d just done, I’d forgotten the exact order. It was something like this, done for time:
Kettlebell clean, squat, push-press: 10 each arm (I think I should have used a heavier bell, though it was kind of hard with the 8-kg one)
Row 500 M
50 V-ups (a type of sit-up)
Crabwalk two lengths of the gym
Row 500 M
Kettlebell sequence
50 V-ups
My time was 16:21.
