Food diary 1/2/2012

Two meals today.

1:30 PM: about 1/2 lb ground pork browned with 3 eggs and a bunch of spinach. Apple. 10 oz storebought kombucha. Herb tea.
9 PM: Shredded roast chicken partial breast, thigh, and leg refried as carnitas in lard with kale cooked the same way. 10 oz kombucha. 1 glass white wine.
