Food diary 1/3/2012

Two meals today, plus a snack before a workout. Workouts don’t go well if I haven’t eaten in over 6 hours.

9 AM: 1/3 lb ground pork browned in a little lard with 2 eggs and a bunch of spinach. Water. Coffee.
5 PM: one Kind bar preworkout.
8 PM: steak with kale sauteed in lard. 2 glasses red wine.

Workout, 5 PM: Shoulder press
5 x 40%
5 x 50%
3 x 60%
11 x 70% (66 lbs. Goal was 12+ at 70%)

I deadlifted 97 and pushpressed 53 (barbell), time: 11:53
