Shoulder press up to 2 x 5 at 70#

30 sit-ups
30 deadlift, 115#
30 doubleunders
30 overhead squats, 65#
30 pull-ups
Time: 8:08

I thought this was Rx, at the time, but the deadlift was actually supposed to be 155.
